I went in the store needing help with matching my foundation that I previously had to something new. Sierra immediately came to my rescue. She was patient knowledgeable and personable. Not only did she look like a model herself but she explained how to put on the products and the quality of it. I must say that I was impressed by her so much that I'll definitely start wearing ulta products. It was a whole vibe. There was 2 other ladies there also who were supportive and cute too. Stop by and let Sierra take care of you. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I love ulta but I’ll pass on the crap customer service I received today. I was in the store for an hour and gave up on finding what I needed after being overlooked several times. Then once I got ready to check out I hoped I’d receive some sort of compassion, and the young lady felt the need to tell me I should’ve come earlier. I came at 7:30pm. I was overlooked the entire time?. But I didn’t know customer service had a cut off time. I’ll stick to the Macon store or just order online ?.

Customer service is excellent, very kind. They really know about all products. I had the opportunity to meet Cesar. Better impossible. He is the best. He helped me to find many products to prepare a big preaent for my wife.

I booked a last minute appointment on a Sunday a few weeks ago with Shuntiuna J. (Shawn). To say she was amazing would be an understanding! She listened to what I wanted and had suggestions on how to improve my hair health (I have long, fine, wavy hair) and make styling easier for me every morning (bc who wants to spend forever doing their hair every morning). I know it's cliche, but I feel like I walked out of there a completely new woman! I have already booked my follow on appointment...she has gained a loyal client!!!!
