Hands down the best in Lakeland. I have taken two of our vehicles somewhere else (not naming names but started with Regal) and received quotes for over $3,000 im repair cost on both. I ended up taking both vehicles to Joe at ProCare and he had one done the next day for $1,400. The other one was a super complicated computer problem where the parts were not even available from the manufacturer. But they used a part I previously found from someone to just give it a try anyways. That vehicle is now running amazing and made a 2000 mile road trip the very next day and all repairs were done for under $1000. So I can’t say enough about how amazing, friendly and honest they were. I wish I could give them 10 stars and convince everyone to give them a try before you waste your time or money anywhere else.

Did a repair without getting authorization and before the car was picked up, also changed the battery and added $300 to the bill. When asked for the old battery back, the battery that worked when it went in now no longer hold to charge. Left the windows down and parked it in the lot without a battery to roll them up. Dishonest untrustworthy beware.
