I had a skin cancer removed and wound up getting a staph infection. I called the office to talk to the Doctor. The receptionist said she would FaceTime me. I received an email asking for $17.75 for the appointment. I waited well past the time she was supposed to contact me. I called the office and they told me she would only talk to me if I sent the
money. I have been a patient for years! After paying she spent less than 2 minutes with me. She prescribed medication. After several days the wound was looking worse! I called with my concerns. The response, we will see you next week at your appointment.
I found another doctor that would see me, I have a very bad staph infection and now need to see a wound specialist!
Very disappointed and could not believe she didn’t offer for me to come in and take a look at it when I expressed my concerns. It was probably one of the most painful ordeals I have ever had, my leg was red and swollen and couldn’t walk!
Save yourself and find a doctor who cares!

I wish I could leave 0 stars but Google does not let you. It is clear that Yuri pays for the 5 star reviews because she doesn’t even spend 5 mins with you. She is always rushed and has a whole waiting room full of patients. She does not care about listening and going over your skin concerns but rather how many patients she can see in a day. It’s sad to say that she’s a doctor because she clearly does not care about the patients and only the money. I could go on about my experiences at this facility but do not believe the 5 star paid reviews.

Worst visits ever with any doctor. Dr. Kims policy of only being able to discussi one issue per visit is a bizarre money grab.Couldn’t spend 30 seconds to look at a spot on my face? Ended up having a surgical procedure done with a bad outcome. Dr Kim is dismissing and doesn’t follow up. I ended up in the emergency room to get my surgery induced infection treated.

Dr. Kim is gentle, thorough & very professional. She explains each step as she moves through the surgery. I highly recommend her for removal of skin cancers & for referral in the case of more serious ones.

Dr. Kim saw me for less than 5 minutes before she dashed out of the room. I don’t recommend unless you’re okay with someone not getting much background on you and not having bedside manner. I came in because of patchy red skin I’ve had for months and she told me I’m having an inflammatory reaction, which I already knew and that’s why I came in. Basically waited months for an appointment for nothing of value.

She asked what lotions, face & body wash I use and doesn’t even let me finish before she recommends products that they sell in the office. When I let her know I opt for “clean” products with low tox ingredients she tells me most “clean” products aren’t actually clean. I then look at the products she recommends and ask for an alternative because the ingredients weren’t clean in some but both her and her team have nothing else to recommend beyond what they sell in the office.
