I was referred to Cindy by colleagues of mine at Palos Verdes Junior Women’s Club. I was excited to have my Scarlet Micro needling done here, as I’ve had it done at two other establishments and wanted to compare them. Spoiler Alert: Cindy uses a much more sophisticated machine and there was absolutely no comparison! She also uses a higher grade of compounded numbing cream so I didn’t feel a thing! She also penciled my eyebrows in such a skilled way ut made me look at least 5 years younger! Luckily was the last appointment of her busy day, so of course I immediately added on micro blading, as I knew I couldn’t see myself any other way after that. Cindy has a truly nurturing and friendly attitude , and was clear she only wants the best for her clients. I cannot wait to return under her skilled hands!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Cindy's microblading expertise, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding journey from start to finish. The quality of service, along with the warm and friendly vibe, exceeded my expectations in every way. From the get-go, Cindy was chill and super knowledgeable. I'm clueless about brow shapes, but she Cindy took the time to understand my face shape, personality, and preferences, guiding me through the process of choosing the perfect eyebrow shape that would complement both. Bonus points: she even extended offering some insightful tips on how best to draw on my eyeliner and how subtle nuances can impact first impressions :D Cindy's warmth and friendliness made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. She ensured I was at ease during the numbing process and patiently answered any questions I had. The microblading process itself was surprisingly painless, and Cindy provided clear post-instructions and some gel to help with the healing process. Even her assistant was exceptionally kind and helpful in addressing all my questions before coming in (as this was my first time microblading or anything of the sort). During my follow-up visit, Cindy continued to impress me with her attention to detail and care, sharing some more tips based on how my skin healed (and me having oily skin). The eyebrow shape she designed for me looks incredibly natural and her precision of the strokes was quite well done. (I have pretty sparse eyebrows, not much hair/or shape to begin with and I think she did an incredible job!) In conclusion, Cindy's microblading service is a gem that I would most definitely recommend. The combination of quality work, a welcoming atmosphere, and Cindy's expertise make it a top-tier choice!
