I've spent thousands of dollars with this retailer over the years, in MI and FL, and when their own brand of cookware fails (inside of a year), they offer ZERO customer service. Best to buy online direct from All-Clad or other Manufacturers they represent than shop at this retailer's stores. Can you tell I'm fed up with them?

p.s. I'm throwing the pot in the trash and have purchased All-Clad online after giving them 2 chances to correct the problem.

Love the selection, products, quality. I used to enjoy browsing the merchandise and purchasing in-store.
However, today's experience changed that. The sales staff is abrupt and bothered by customers and our questions. I will order online from now on.

Possibly the worst customer service of any major chain store. They don’t honor pricing available online for bulk purchases. The manager’s attitude is a great reason to shop on line!

Great products but you pay for them. The best bakewear you can buy is found here. The gold non- stick stuff is crazy good. Love the selection of unique items. If you have the money to spend its a great place to spend it.

Worst store that I have ever had to deal with in Naples. I should have walked out the moment I dealt with the first staff member. Instead of placing an order online, I decided to go to the store and see the item first. The item was actually $70 more expensive than Macy's but seeing that they had a $50 rebate I thought it would not matter. Once I had decided to buy the item I was introduced to another staff member who, while in the middle of helping me, went off and helped another customer. I was left standing there and then had to find someone else to help me. The next staff member could not get the credit card reader to work so took all my details and said she would email the order to me when placed. I explained that it was a gift and needed to be wrapped. Needless to say, the item was shipped unwrapped and the wrong colour. I have phoned the store 4 times and spoken to two managers who promise to call me back but now 5 days later no call. I have now had to sort out the problem with Customer service myself so let's see if they can rectify the problem. There are many kitchen stores that sell the same items as Williams Sonoma so I will not be shopping there again.

I walked in this afternoon and was immediately treated by two employees. I was looking for outdoor dinnerware and was unsure of what to buy. Jessica and Christina were very helpful!! They even signed me up for the key program!! Free money!! Can't tell you how happy I am!! I will go back to this store anytime I need something!! Thank you for making this experience easy and awesome:)
