On 10/17/24 I go to the location in Palmer & the lady at the counter was taking a long time to take my payment, but in reality she had called the police because according to them my son cursed them out. I asked her if their location was on google and she said they are affiliated with the location in Red Oak. Steve (the big man) comes out questioning what was I going to put on the review and I told him it was none of his business. OMG he became aggressive over the counter and told me to get out. I told him I was going to call my husband because I feared for my life. He didn’t want to take my payment or give me my car. I had to call the police because I feared for my life.
Please if you are a person of color, do not leave your car to go find a tire to replace the flat tire because they will tow your car & you will have a hard time getting your car.

Awesome and fast service! We live and travel in a 40ft school bus and she was STUCK STUCK. John came out and got us out like it was almost nothing. They received our call and got it done in under an hour. $275, one of the lower prices around for an extremely efficient job. Thank you guys so much, we will definitely use you again if we need!

Bad business. made the experience worse than it needed to be. I was annoyed from going back and forth getting a copy of insurance and the lady at the desk asks me “are you frustrated” With her rude tone and face. When I get a hold of my car I have a worker staring at me from 2 houses down .. when I get home I see my rim was cracked during the towing process.. just issue after issues. Smh

Called this company to pick up my truck to take to our mechanic. I called for a quote and I believe Jaime answered the phone. Super nice, the person that came to pick up truck was so excellent. Will definitely keep this company in my contacts, we were very happy with the service.

So they had to drive about 20 miles just to pick up my vehicle and tow it 25 miles to get to the automotive shop for repairs. They charged me $243 which I really didn’t think was too bad for that distance. They were kind of slow on getting there is the only reason I didn’t give them five stars. I had a ride, so I really didn’t care that much.

Typical tow yard that works with the police which means you are going to have to pay pay pay but I have had way worse experiences with tow yards trying to prevent me from getting my car back with every excuse possible so they could profit more by selling my car and this yard did not do that.
