They are not a serious company .
We are 17 years company and we arranged to buy stock from them .
They sent us almost 4000 euros less value of stock and they don't even answer to our emails . Unbelievable .
Below the details of our last email :
' Dear Madam / Sir ,
We are writing to you in respect of our order of goods from your company, no. 626/24 and 627/24 and dated 10/7/2024.
As already stated in our e-mails, dated 1/8/2024, 2/8/2024, 17/8/2024, 27/8/2024 , in this order, instead of the ordered and prepaid number of 282 goods, we have received a quantity of 174 goods from your company, i.e. a number of 108 goods was missing from the order. As a result, we received goods of EUR 3822.81 value less than the value paid to your company.
Having investigated the matter with our shipping service provider, we have collected adequate evidence that the matter with missing goods took place at your area of responsibility, i.e. at your premises and prior to the delivery of the goods to our provider. In specific, we submit the following evidence at your disposal:
1. videos & photos of the landing in our warehouse and from the unpackaging of the goods
2. the following official answer from the reliable transport company OMONIA Trans
3. the negative answer of the insurance company
Please check from your side your videos and proceed in counting your warehouse inventory. We are sure that it is a human mistake and that you will find the 108 pcs in your warehouse .
Given the above, we request that you refund HELLASPHONE with the amount of EUR 3822.81 corresponding to the missing goods in your order. '
We did a big mistake doing prepayment to them . Now , the only thing we will do is to take all the necessary measures according to the law .
But you , please be careful with them .
