Asked her to blend it up and this is what we got. I was so upset I had to come home and had to fix it myself. My son didn’t want to get out of the car he was embarrassed.

The stylist was very nice and professional. I took a picture of the haircut I wanted for my grandson and the stylist did it! His hair looks amazing. The stylist was very patient with my grandson considering he was a wiggle worm. We will be coming back to see her.

The person that cut my hair was very sweet, engaging, through with washing my hair, and had me check the back of my hair when it was done. I had shown her that I wanted to cut off the length to my shoulder. I didn't need layers or anything. I did inform her that my hair was naturally curly. She did cut it wet, and I was happy. So when I asked my friend to straighten it, the photos attached are what I saw. I understand that I only asked for shoulder length hair, and the hairdresser did do what I asked. I understand that wet and dry cuts are different. Idk, I usually don't rate below 4 stars, but I spent the afternoon having it cut straight.

Irma is my stylist and Ive been going to her for years. She is wonderful! Thelma is also great! Love the cut I get and is always just what I ask for. Fun to talk to and when you're done you'll feel like you left a friend's home ?

Absolutely love it!! This is the best short Pixi I've gotten to this day. Big thank you to Thelma at the 82nd n University location. So nice and knowledgeable about hair, I showed her a pic, she did just that with a few suggestions and it came out perfect for my thin aged hair. Finally!! She's the best.

Irma always does a great job of cutting my hair and when she isn’t there Thelma is also a great backup! The salon is always clean and tidy.

Thelma cut my hair and she is awesome! Very professional, and she does a fantastic cut! I do want to point out tho, that she is there by herself, taking care of ALL of the people that come in. She needs help, Procuts, step up and take care of your loyal employees!
