Gerry was wonderful! He was on time, friendly, professional, & very knowledgeable. The best experience I have had with any air conditioning company. As well feel reasonably priced. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or being sold something I did not need it. Highly highly recommend!

Lines were frozen and I was told the unit needed 2 lbs of refrigerant. Fast forward one year later a/c not cooling again. Company wanted to run a leak detection, put in a "sealant" and 5 lbs of refrigerant $1,300. Called another company no leak and unit just needs refrigerant. Do not let them do anything unless you have visual proof of the work that needs to be done including the actual pressure readings before and after. No reason a year later to need 5 lbs of refrigerant if there is no leak after "needing 2 lbs". $790 for the 2 lbs and 5 lbs at another company $980. Price gauge. Advice: itemize your bills with the prices for each item and report/provide evidence and values of the work done before and after.
