Having just placed my third order I can honestly say you can’t beat PTT for quality, price and service.
With so many different types of profile to choose from, their advice is spot on and always creates the finish you planned.
So happy with the trims and accessories - they really finish the tiling so well.

I’m a trader and I’ve used this company for a few years
I’ve probably spent 15-20k with them each year.
Always delays on deliveries however
This time I recommend the site to one of my costumers and he ordered the wrong adhesive by accident.
The job was started after 30 days and they wouldn’t accept to exchange the product in any case claiming it’s been over 30 days.
Considering how much business I’ve given them throughout the years.
I’m very disappointed and I’ll find a different supplier hopefully more reliable than this!

Paid £90 for next day delivery for a tiny order that I needed urgently. Order never turned up as no stock in their warehouse and nobody bothered to contact me on the day of delivery to tell me it had not been sent out, I had to chase them. Shocking service.

Delivery was a shambles, goods not packed appropriately and thrown into a box. When the goods arrived the contents were damaged. When offered the opportunity to correct matters, they raised a new order and made a mistake with it missing out one item. I give up. This company has no attention to detail and zero customer service. There are other tiling suppliers with free delivery offering a better price on these products. Never again!

Rubbish service. Totally unprofessional. Staff are rude. Charge extortionate amount for next day delivery and when don’t get delivery next day. They don’t even apologise or refund the money. The customer service keep repeating same answer. Rip Off. there are so many other good value for money companies and lot more professionals then these morons. I would never use these morons again.

I needed advice about which product to buy and found the customer service people really helpful when I called. I was able to pay for next day delivery for an emergency job.

Everything from the Protiker end was brilliant, however there was a problem with the DPD delivery, which had been collected from protocol tools but didn’t look like it was going to turn up on the nominated day. I called their helpline and without question they looked into it and organised another order for next day dispatch and recalled the original delivery.The second delivery arrived as promised.

l would definitely recommend them. It was a great experience from start to finish , though their -normally reputable- carrier let them down, the strength of their Customer Services sorted the problem without question and without fuss.

Ordered several items online and in person from Pro Tiler Tools. Website is easy to use, find what you want and order with several delivery options available which is convenient. Delivery for larger items is a bit eye watering so worth a trip in if you don’t live too far away.

Been into the warehouse twice now to pick up backing boards. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful on both occasions and have been more than willing to give advice and discuss things with a DIY’er like myself which is always nice! Seem to have great levels of stock too which is great.

Great service today, came across them when looking for a simple solution to grout my outdoor porcelain tiles/slabs. Had what I wanted in stock, great to have a trade counter to collect from and had great service.
