Rob installed and fitted a new outside toilet and wash basin and tap for us. His workmanship was of the highest of standards. He was personable and friendly and very respectful of our home. Great work and very pleased with the job done.

I can't recommend Pro Property enough, their staff have been so helpful. Booking workmen is something I can find really intimidating but Rob the engineer was so friendly explaining the work he was doing throughout I was immediately put at ease.

Everybody I have spoken with on the phone have also been so friendly and accommodating when I needed to adjust my appointment time. Pricing was explained clearly and in advance so no unpleasant surprises.

Would recommend to anybody and will definitely be using them when needed in the future.

We had our downstairs toilet moved to a new micro-bathroom including upgrading an existing shower unit, demolishing a wall and building new ones with ancillary electrical work. The work took a bit longer due to rot being discovered, but we had people in working every day until completion. The workmanship was good quality and Pro-Property were very responsive whenever we needed to clarify anything. We are really pleased with the result, feel the work was good value for money and will definitely be asking them to quote for any further work.

Many thanks to Dan for fixing and servicing a small leak on the boiler, and giving me a lesson on how to hopefully work the thermostats more efficiently now on the Heatmiser underfloor heating system I know nothing about!!!
He actually found the instructions booklet for operating the thermostats on top of the boiler.

I can't recomend the guys at Pro Property Ltd enough. Timescales were adhered to accurately and the guys were always punctual, communicated regularly with updates and treated my property with the upmost respect throughout. My bathroom refurb is perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely friendly bunch of guys so thanks go to Dan, Jack, Simon, Zack and especially Chad for a superb top quality job from start to finish, highly recomended!

Dan fitted a new gas hob after we were let down by the original supplier. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He worked around some little problems with the fit. Everything was left perfectly clean and tidy. Really pleased

Pro Property have just replaced our boiler with us going for the silver package. Daniel the engineer was on time with great communications. He was efficient and professional in every way explaining all the main areas of work including the power flush carried out a couple of days after the boiler installation. Great job and I fully recommend this company for anyone considering this type of work.
