It wasn’t the worst experience but certainly far from good. I gave two stars because she painted my nails decent. But overall the low score is for cleanliness and customer service. The first red flag was when I realized AFTER she used the tools on my feet—cuticle trimmer and callus scrapers—she put them right back in the bin she originally grabbed them from to use me, I had assumed THAT was the clean bin. Not to mention she “washed” the tools in the water with my feet still in them then put them back in the bin for the next customer. Then there is the water, plain water. I definitely paid for an upgraded pedicure that said I would get the works. I got plain water. She was nice, I think, she didn’t talk to me much about the services just tapped me when she wanted me to move my hand or foot. She seemed like she was rushing but there were no customers waiting. Despite those (serious) issues she painted my nails nicely so I gave 2 stars for at least that part, but they need better sanitary procedures and customer service. Oh and I’m pretty sure she overcharged me too, it was only $7 but I didn’t feel like arguing. First and last time here. Reviews were deceiving, and Tommy was busy, he must be the only decent nail tech here.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and they were great!! All of a sudden this lady…apparently she said she’s the owner…said she’s going to charge me more next time I come there. I asked her why? And she basically didn’t even give me a logical answer. She’s also only charging me more too. I really liked you guys until today. I’ve brought most of my friends to you guys too. Really disappointed.

I always get a pedicure and my acrylic overlay with 10 designs when I go to the salon. I am almost never disappointed. They never put the drill on my natural nails. Which is important to me. I have been going here for over 20 years.
