Plumb Pro -

We were having a major problem with our kitchen sink disposal leaking heavily. We had Plumb Pro help us in the past so we contacted Wes to assist us again. He immediately committed t o come to our home the very next day. He arrived on time, as usual, and quickly determined the need to replace the disposal. He left to purchase a new disposal, installed it and completed it all within 2 hours. Wes is extremely knowledgeable, professional and informative. We would never use anyone else!

As a brave new homeowner, I am determined to fix what I can. Once I figured out my problem was the grinder pump not turning on, I gave them a call and they talked me through it. They saved me easily $1000 by just taking the time to help a guy out over the phone. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Wes was so much help. Our sewage overflow light was on and the tank was full. The way people operate today they would have just quoted me a new pump which runs around $2000. Once the water was drained you could see the floats were wrapped around the pipe and causing the pump not to kick on. Again, how easy would it be to say "see the pumps not working", but instead doubled checked the pump while the water was out and untangled the floats. A $2000 repair turned into more of a $300 repair thanks to a company that operates with honesty and integrity which you don't see much anymore. I hope this helps someone when they are trying to make a decision on who to use! $300 or $2000 at least you will get honesty on what you really need. Thanks again Wes!!

Guy called me back right after initial call to say he was going to come by to check on situation within a few days. He gave me his cell # to send him directions, so I did. Never heard from him again. I made several calls to main line and buddy's cell along with text msg, which all went unanswered. We weren't in a big rush to get the job done but they could have sent some sort of response back within 2 weeks. We called Allen's and they came out within 24 hours.

My wife called this company for a fairly simple plumbing problem based on all the positive reviews here. The man who answered the phone rather rudely asked "who's calling" then said they were "too busy" to help us. Maybe others have had good experiences, but I would not recommend this company based on our own experience.

I just moved to Spanish Fort and was new to these Grinder Pumps and pressure sewer. I'm in a sub-division that has Daphne Utilities and they weren't much help when the red alarm light was flashing. Did some digging and found Wes (Plumb Pro)... I did my homework and knew what I wanted. He came over the day I called, he was honest, his price was less than I was expecting, and he had my new pump installed by 6PM the same day. You cant beat that. I'm a bit picky, but he rolled with it and got it done fast. Clean install. He will be the only plumber I call from now on.

I would like to say this company is very good. Wes was a great help and he work was wonderful. the cost of the job was good and he did not lie to me about the issue. I had another company try it rip me off and I called plumb pro and they told me that was the wrong issue. I would recommend this company to everything. now I will be doing business with this company with all my businesses. Thank you

Noticed my water bill getting higher and higher. Called around and they came right out! Found the problem and now my water bill is back to normal. Thanks guys! Recommend you highly!
