I just walked in, and after ~5 seconds, Luis matched me with the perfect foundation and products that completely fit my lifestyle.
I’m not a “contour, etc.” type of person, so going to places like this can be a bit daunting for me.
Luis is incredible, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Even took an extra few minutes to show me a super easy way to apply bronzer and blush (Luis if you’re reading this, I’m eternally grateful for your kindness!!) Spent so much time helping me find matches/substitutions for my discontinued/broken palettes, and gave me amazing recommendations.
I left feeling so confident, and naturally beautiful.
Whether you’re a pro with products, or someone who just wants a natural look, Luis is your person. Also, Luis is just a beautiful person, inside and out!

The customer service is fantastic! On my first visit I purchased a foundation that I soon discovered wasn't as close a match as I first thought. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Sapphire. She was pleasant and told me she'd be more than happy to exchange it for me for a shade better suited for me.
I went to the store the next evening, and she did a color match for me which I liked much better, and she took time explaining to me how to apply the foundation and gave me tips for getting a flawless application. I was so pleased that I intend to visit again in the near future!
