I wish I checked the views b4 I came here. I was burned on 3 fingers, my nails where a mess she was too ruff and he told me $60.00, I asked him 3 times how much because I could not b lieve he was sayn $60.00, and than he says the debt machine is not working I can use their ATM and it charges 99 cents ( R u serious). I said I will never come back here I gave $60.00 ONLY. The squares where so pointed I kept sticking and scratching myself I had to file them. They charges me 18.00 to take off nailsthat was already falling off, i could have went 2 my car and bite/pop them off. And i had my own polish....NEVER AGAIN THE WORSE PLACE I'VE BEEN TO.....

Great pedicure work however there's a sign on the door saying they accept cards but when it's time to pay they say cash only!! There aren't any signs displayed that says "cash only". I asked the lady do they accept any type of card (credit/debit) & was told no. You're forced to pay a 99¢ ATM fee & whatever fee your card issuer charges to take out cash to pay for your services.

I came into the salon to get a gel overlay this afternoon. The man towards the end of the salon was very rough with his tools. He cut me 4 times while servicing me when I went to look at my hand he wouldn’t let it go so I could view them. My nails are bulky and looks like an unlicensed nail tech did them if I wasn’t on my break I would go get my refund.

What I wanted VS what I got ? (Chrome Ombré)

The nail tech did not apply a decent amount of acrylic as desired and did not know how to do the look I wanted. I asked one tech should he have used pink gel powder and she said that they had gel polish that looks the same.. So I trusted the process and I was let down… You can always tell if one of them doesn’t know how to do something if they ask other techs to assist and then they keep coming over to see the process or they’re surprised how good it came out. In this case the tech clearly didn’t know what to do.. It took 4 ppl to look for the chrome color I wanted. He put the wrong chrome on one nail and asked me did I like it, it was an immediate No.. I guess he didn’t know how to apply chrome so I had to sit at another techs station for her to apply the chrome.. She found the correct color; however, she applied the chrome so darn sloppy, I thought she was going to clean it up after the application and chiiiilllleeee there was no ombré in sight? it was sloppy… I asked for a deeeeep French after she could not give me the ombré. Even before the chrome situation, I offered to switch the entire look and go with gold foil, an easy achievable look.. They insisted on completing the desired look. What grinds my gears is when nail techs don’t push the acrylic completely to the cuticle to cover the whole nail bed. It makes me feel like I’m getting jaded and will need a fill in before 2 weeks. I’m not even going to get into my pedicure ?‍♀️ I got my brows serviced and it was ok I guess. I don’t have much brows.. This is my 3rd nail salon that has done a terrible or ok job within a .1-3 or so mile radius from each other on Liberty Rd.. ATP I will take my coins back to Anne Arundel Co. Where I know the work is amazing..After all that, I still tipped BOTH TECHS.. Now that I think about it, I want my tip back?
3/10 for quality of work.
9/10 for AM atmosphere (No wait and peaceful). 7/10 for customer service(They didn’t have nasty attitudes)

I went to this place on Sunday May 7 to get a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. By Tuesday May 9th the polish on my toes were pealing off and Saturday they are gone except for the big toe. Stopped by to let them know on Saturday and the man said I would have to pay $26. Now remember I got gel polish so it shouldn’t be pealing off already. I will NEVER go to this place again.

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had, they are overpriced and under experienced. They charged $90 for a child mani & pedi w/gel polish, I could have did a better job on my daughters nails. Which is ridiculous considering , it’s no A/c, hot/humid inside, there is flies flying around and they purposely do not have visible signs that let you know they only take cash, which then causes you to have to use their atm machine. So disappointed.

There was a roach in the spa chair and the lady said that is fine. The bowl was dirty as you can see it was horrible. The area around the spa chairs was dirty and a they did a bad job on the pedicure and they was lazy in fixing it.

The lady doing a pedicure was taking water from one pedicure water and putting it another customers water.. there was so much water on the floor that could have gotten electrocuted. Also, they are overpriced!! I have been going here for years and now they are ripping people off.
