Terry Bursell was great to work with and his equipment has really good clarity for leak listening. My training involved learning about different kinds of leaks to physically working on leaks at his training facility, which is second to none nationally. Terry was very knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher. He asked lots of questions as I was going from station to station at the training center as well as answering the hundreds of questions asked of him. I left feeling that I could handle most basic leaks. Once I returned home and started Reliable Leak Detection, I found that I still occasionally needed additional guidance. Terry answered the phone every time and was glad to help me through any challenges I've had without ever charging. This additional guidance was well worth the cost of the training!! This product has been great! You can definitely hear water flowing through pipes. When the probe is on the water line close to the leak it's really loud. It might take some practice to learn the difference between ambient noise and water noise. I did have a problem with the probe when I went to pull it out of the ground the rod stayed implanted in the ground. This broke a few wires on inside. Terry mailed out the piece so I could solder it back on and get it going again. He offered to fix it but I'll I had to do was solder two wires and glue a piece back on the rod. That help me on the turnaround not having to mail it back and forth.
