I picked a picture from the this business's website, thinking it was one of their customers. Asked if she could do that type of natural wispy long lash on me. She said yes. While Vanessa was very nice and has a soft touch, the result of her work on me was horrible. Her shop is dark so I could not truly see the lashes until I got in my car, and I immediately called her and said I was not happy. The material did not even look like lashes, it was too thick, too curvy, too short! the product itself was awful, it didn't even look like lashes!!!! I can't believe she put that on my eyes. I wanted it fixed, immediately, but by the time she could schedule me 2 days later, I just wanted it off!!!! She didn't even show up!!! Her assistant removed the atrocity from my precious eyelashes.
The owner of this business never even reached back out to me to offer me part of my money back or to try to make some kind of recovery from this epic fail!!! I am very disappointed with this place

Lash Pro is a beautiful place where I feel totally relaxed and love going for eyelash extensions. Vanessa is easy to reach, always fits me when I am available , and most importantly, is a true professional lash artist. I love the look, feel, longevity and comfort of my lash extensions while knowing that she isn't damaging my real lashes. She does an amazing job every time, and she adjusts to whatever I have planned to make my lashes more dramatic for things like my wedding, vacations, events, or a more natural but full look for upcoming work meetings. I highly recommend Lash Pro and Vanessa!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Kim and everyone here is every sweet. Every gentle with the eyes I fall asleep every time. There glue is amazing your lashes last weeks. Highly recommend!

I had gotten my lashes done with a girl from Instagram 2 weeks ago but one eye had so much more loss and grow outs compared to the other (I had gotten volume size 18) that I didn’t wanna go back to her. I decided just to go in and see if they could fix it if not I was gonna get them removed. The lady that helped me was super nice! She did an amazing job at filling it in and I absolutely love how they came out.
