I tell the guy I’ve bowled before but haven’t bowled in 8-10 years. I tell him the type of shot I throw and he recommended la a ball that has been out since 2008. Dude didn’t tell me for the same out money I could have bought some newer equipment or better ball. Go to Sure Strike and see Warren! He drills a better ball and asks better questions to find out the type of bowler you are.

Very professional, knows his profession & is willing to help others if others are willing to admit they need to someones help to improve there game. If you know better bolers. It's good to listen if they offer some help.

Got my first ball drilled there. The guy there was very personable and patient with me. He checked and double checked the holes before drilling and made sure my grip was comfortable. I will be going there to have my balls drilled every time.

This guy knows what he is doing! Took my brand new ball to get it drilled there. Asked the right questions and made the right measurements. He did a phenomenal job! First 6 games i bowled i rolled 1164. 3 highest scores 197, 223, and 245. He knows his stuff dont hesitate and just go with ko!

Different owner, so don’t listen to reviews over 4 months old. Only shop in the area that knows how to drill my thumb so I don’t need tape. I’m not buying new balls often, but Ko still takes care of my maintenance and isn’t pushy towards new equipment. Nice, clean shop too!!

Top of the line. Ko is very professional and cares for his customers. I've been going to him for a long time and never an issue. He can fix problems if needed. I'll use Ko's for as long as he's there.
