From the trial to the wedding day, there was great communication and advice that helped decrease the stress of planning a big event. At first, I was a bit nervous when I first saw the company's prices as they were significantly less expensive than other company's quotes. We hired Empire Faces for my sister’s wedding and they are absolutely AMAZING. We initially planned to use their services only for the bridesmaids hair and makeup. About 2 weeks before the wedding, we had an emergency with my sister’s original hair stylist and was in desperate need of a bridal stylist. I called Lara and explained the situation and without hesitation she was able to provide a hair stylist for the bride! Lara was an absolute pleasure to work with. She listens to all your requests and needs, she is patient and understanding, she always responds in a timely manner whether via text or email. Working with someone so efficient and responsive helped ease so much wedding planning stress. On the day of the wedding, all the bridesmaids told us that they loved the work done by Empire Faces. The whole team worked together so well and everything was done on time. We were all provided with touch up makeup kits as well, which came in handy. This was a great company to work with. I am the grandmother of the bride, and Empire Faces was so helpful, as I am not very experienced with makeup or wedding planning. I was covering costs for everyone, and so it was nice to have the vendor take care of all the communication to all the ladies.
