If I could give 0 stars I would! Not a good experience. Recently shopped at the CVS on Truman in Key West, FL and was racially profiled as an automatic thief because I asked for a bigger bag before I began scanning my own items (btw forced to because employees refuse to hop on a register). There was no way the items I purchased were going to fit in those small bags without tearing the bag and I walked to the CVS so I needed a bigger bag. When I asked for a bigger bag the attendant told me “no you pay 1st” in a rude manner. I told her I was going to pay for my items I just need a bigger bag. I had to go back and forth with her several times before she was willing to give me a bigger bag. Then as I was ringing up my items she watched me like a hawk and rudely came over to the kiosk and scanned the detergent for me to make sure that I purchased it. I was very offended. I spend entirely too much money with CVS to be profiled and treated in such an unscrupulous manner.

This place is filthy. So I walked into the bathroom and the floor was soaking wet and a horrific smell filled my nose. It was RANCID. I cannot believe this place is still open. The staff was friendly and all, but they cannot, for the sake of their own life, CLEAN THE BATHROOM.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS One star is too much. I put up with this pharmacy as a local for too long. They keep letting me down and I am done with it. Here’s why. I asked the pharmacist the best way to get my flu shot and my updated Covid shot. He told me to make an appointment online. I did that so I could enjoy my Thanksgiving safely. Was on time for my scheduled appointment and they said they were closing. The day before Thanksgiving. How wonderful is that? They told me I was crazy as I left the parking lot and I told them to shut their website down if they cannot accommodate appointments. I guess if I want my family to be safe during Thanksgiving I am crazy. To the lady that said that, I have some good advice for you, stop parading your ignorance! So I went to Walgreens, no appointment and I am so impressed with their customer service and cheaper prices. Go to Walgreens. Leave CVS to the tourists

If o could give this store 0 stars I would staff are insanely rude and lazy every time I go in there so unprofessional and unpleasant today I went in there for some items I asked where there were and they intentionally told me the wrong isle then laughed when I went down and and were extremely rude to me and check out

Take a glance at the other reviews. Some of the most unpleasant and unprofessional pharmacy staff. Particularly George Darden. It took several times of asking for assistance to get offered any, and he made it seem like I was bothering him. Went so far as to say he was too busy to help, and wouldn’t ring up a single item I had with a script I was picking up. If you’re going to be perfunctory about things, why not find a different job?
