" Italy's little Paradise " The warmest way to experience Tuscany. Chicca and Arnaud are the best host to experience Tuscany. Our trip was curated with such care. Incredible and Magnificent! Words or pictures can't do justice to this amazing trip. Cooking classes were so much fun and delicious. We were treated like family/friends.Super Tuscan wine paradise. Sassicaia 'home and Restaurant. The Villa was 5 Stars! We didn't wanted to leave. We love it so much. We are already planning to go back for more La Dolce Vita!

Cooking with Chicca is a MUST! We were welcomed into her beautifully restored Tuscan farmhouse (even saw the before and after photos!) and walked through the gardens on the property before entering the kitchen - which is beautiful and perfect for small group cooking classes. Chicca taught us about food quality and standards, techniques and tools needed to make homemade pasta and shared her personal tips and tricks. Arno, her husband, popped in and out (with the family dogs!) to offer stories and wine pairings. They are a fabulous couple and complement each other perfectly. We all sat down at their family dining table to eat our delicious meal, with additional sides and wine pairings provided by Chicca and Arno. The laughs and stories will last a lifetime! I can't say enough good things about Cooking in Tuscany. It was a treat and easily a highlight of our trip.

Amazing! Chicca did such a great job teaching us how to make Bruschetta and Gnocchi. The class was fun, easy to follow along, and the food was excellent! We even did a wine tasting with the meal that we had cooked. We so appreciate Chicca opening her kitchen to us and teaching us a little bit about Italian cooking. This is a must-do if you're staying in the area or if you are enthusiastic about cooking and food.

Cooking with Chicca was a true Tuscan experience. The moment that we entered her home, we felt at ease and like we were friends for years. She put us right to work, making multiple dishes that were delicious and easy to make. We got to enjoy some awesome wines and liquors native to the region. I especially loved the pasta and cake, which we will definitely try to make at home. Chicca we will be back again.

The time we spent with Chicca cooking was an amazing experience. We learned new techniques and new recipes. Our accommodations were perfect. Clean, walking distance to town if we wanted to go on our own, beautiful view from our balcony of the ocean, great breakfast and very nice host! Excursions to small walled towns like Bolgheri, Populonia and Volterra were part of our daily events. Wine tasting at a local vineyard, lunch at a sheep ranch were we saw how they make cheese and two dinners out at beautiful restaurants were some of the highlights...along with a trip to the beach for coffee one morning.
This is the true local experience if you want to get away from the tourist areas and experience life in Tuscany. Great memories and we made new friends!
