I was referred to Cindy by colleagues of mine at Palos Verdes Junior Women’s Club. I was excited to have my Scarlet Micro needling done here, as I’ve had it done at two other establishments and wanted to compare them. Spoiler Alert: Cindy uses a much more sophisticated machine and there was absolutely no comparison! She also uses a higher grade of compounded numbing cream so I didn’t feel a thing! She also penciled my eyebrows in such a skilled way ut made me look at least 5 years younger! Luckily was the last appointment of her busy day, so of course I immediately added on micro blading, as I knew I couldn’t see myself any other way after that.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Cindy's microblading expertise, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding journey from start to finish. The quality of service, along with the warm and friendly vibe, exceeded my expectations in every way.

From the get-go, Cindy was chill and super knowledgeable. I'm clueless about brow shapes, but she Cindy took the time to understand my face shape, personality, and preferences, guiding me through the process of choosing the perfect eyebrow shape that would complement both. Bonus points: she even extended offering some insightful tips on how best to draw on my eyeliner and how subtle nuances can impact first impressions 😀

Cindy's warmth and friendliness made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. She ensured I was at ease during the numbing process and patiently answered any questions I had. The microblading process itself was surprisingly painless, and Cindy provided clear post-instructions and some gel to help with the healing process. Even her assistant was exceptionally kind and helpful in addressing all my questions before coming in (as this was my first time microblading or anything of the sort).

During my follow-up visit, Cindy continued to impress me with her attention to detail and care, sharing some more tips based on how my skin healed (and me having oily skin). The eyebrow shape she designed for me looks incredibly natural and her precision of the strokes was quite well done. (I have pretty sparse eyebrows, not much hair/or shape to begin with and I think she did an incredible job!)

In conclusion, Cindy's microblading service is a gem that I would most definitely recommend. The combination of quality work, a welcoming atmosphere, and Cindy's expertise make it a top-tier choice!

I went to Cindy Choe to get my eye brows microbladed, top eyeliner, and lip blushing. Cindy told me everything she was doing before she did it and ensured I understood. She was very pleasant and patient, and even advised me to move my car from where it was parked to avoid a parking ticket. She gave me many options as for how I wanted things to look after I showed her what I was thinking she also did an example of what she, in her professional opinion and keen eye, thought would be most suitable and natural looking for my face shape and personality. I immediately chose her decision over all of the ideas I thought that I wanted and had done research on, she instantly changed my mind, but without any pressure, by simply providing options. Cindy is extremely talented and made me feel like a princess the entire time. Ok, now let’s talk about the pain level,

When she started the microblading process I honestly thought she was slowly just trimming my brows. I didn’t feel any sort of pain at all, and was extremely shocked when she moved on to my eyeliner due to my original thought of her just trimming my brows. The eyeliner also was very pain free. A tad bit of a weird feeling with something on the top of the lash line, but again, no pain. Now, let’s get down and dirty and talk lips. Cindy worked some sort of magic, and I fell asleep almost instantly. Only waking up when she would ask my comfort level or if I needed anything. Cindy went above and beyond with all procedures and just overall vibe. She would constantly make sure that I was comfortable, asking if I was feeling any pain, if I needed anything at all. I did so much research prior to committing to such an important procedure, it is going on my face after all, I am so very glad that I decided on Cindy Choe, and would do so 100 times over. If I ever have to recommend any sort of permanent make up or any of the services she offers, I’m sending them directly to her front door!

Sorry, forgot to add the initial before and after pics. So please see attached. And no judgement on the hair, I for some reason decided to wear a wet hair do up in a clip while I knew I was going to be laying down.

This is directly after the service, so they are darker and brighter than once they heal. I plan on talking about the healing process and showing those results next week 4/15-4/19 2024.

And we already have another service planned, so stay tuned!!

I am already so in love with absolutely everything, I can’t say enough good things about Cindy and her professionalism and her keen eye to detail. I have a friend that lives in Colorado that actually loves the transformation so much that she is coming out to book an appointment with Cindy, that’s a 16 hour drive or multi dollar plane ticket, just to get the best, she knows it is so worth it!!
