Took my mum shopping in Boots Meadowhall today and was served by the nicest lady Sue
She packed my mums bags and even carried them to the door.
You really can’t get better service than that! Thank you

We regularly shop at this boots store always it’s been nice shopping here, staffs are so lovely, today 14/09/24 around 17:30 one of the African middle age man at exit towards mall has been very rude and racist towards me and wife, we bought few products on one of them there was security tag which we didn’t notice at exit when it started making sound we stopped and turn back to security guard, this rude man asked for receipts we immediately showed him, he wanted us to take all products out of bag and show him, Without a hesitation he took em all out and showed showed him, it’s not a rocket science to match those products with bill but this rude man took us inside shop to a billing counter to have all items scanned again, Right in front of us many went outside shop while security alarm went off repeatedly and this rude man not even bothered to check them, this selective action towards Asian community is pure racism, this man made us feel so embarrassed in front of everyone, will definitely avoid boots

Went shopping today as a treat before starting uni and payday. Went in for specific items and managed to find all of them. Ann and Elisa on the fragrance counter were extremely helpful, patient and friendly. Ann helped me find the perfume I was looking for, as well as letting me know of the current offers and giving me other reccomendations for future purchases. At the till, Elisa helped link my student card to my advantage card for student discount, and both gave me samples too (I look forward to trying them all with friends). For a busy payday Friday, they were wonderful and didn't not make me feel rushed and let me take my time. Came away with a Kayali Burnt Cherry, samples a plenty, savings a plenty and one very happy student! Thank you so much Ann and Elisa, you are a real pride for the boots team and yourselves.

Boots Meadowhall - manager was not very friendly to disabled customers. I was caught in traffic and needed the toilet urgently, and have a radar key. They refused to let me use their toilets even if a staff member came with me and risked me having serious complications, plus to add to fact I cannot walk very far either. I was also shopping in store as had made the journey to boots to purchase particular items. Good job staff at Mac were better with customer service than actual Boots managers.

Nice size store with good variety of brands and products. Found almost everything I needed.

However, security on the door was very rude. A security tag on one of my items meant the buzzer went off when I left. I went over to the security guard and he spoke down to me and made me pull items out of my bag while everyone was staring. Made me feel like I’d stolen even though I hadn’t.

Will avoid in future.

Free hearing tests, we were seen twice by the same young woman. She was extremely helpful and very communicative regarding the tests, the results and advice on what to do next. She put us completely at ease on both occasions and gave us unbiased advice about the state of our ears and what to do with the results of the tests.
