I contacted Pro Bbq Cleaning and Restoration in regards to getting my BBQ cleaned. I picked Orson because he gave me a reasonable rate and he came over within a reasonable amount of time. He spent several hours working on it but my big mistake wasn't checking his work when he was done. I took a quick look at it and it seemed okay (I was late for an appointment and had to leave). When I got back I took a closer look and noticed that he only did a quick surface cleaning and not a deep cleaning that he advertised; there were still soap marks on parts of the grill for example. I contacted him to come back and finish the job but he was very hard to schedule and get hold of. I just finished a call where he said that it was too late to come back to finish and hung up; I tried to call back but his voicemail was full (not a good sign). I have not used my grill since he worked on it in August waiting for him to finish and it is now December. I would not recommend this company as they are unprofessional and don't do the job as advertised. There are plenty of other companies that do this work so please take the time to check their referrals.

Pro BBQ and Cleaning Restoration exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service. Orson, the technician, was incredibly professional and skilled. They did a fantastic job repairing and cleaning my BBQ grill, restoring it to pristine condition. Highly recommended!

Orson does amazing work and always does what he says he is going to do. I think his prices are more than fair. I would highly recommend Pro BBQ Cleaning for anyone that wants to restore and maintain their BBQ’s.
