Derrick Harman was the technician that arrived at my home. He showed earlier then expected and was very professional. He showed all the items that needed fixed and explained why. He fixed things the correct way, that others didn't. My door runs very smooth and it should be awhile before I need anything replaced.

This company is top-notch! Our car was “trapped” in the garage when the garage door mechanisms broke and it would not open even when the release was pulled. They really do offer same day service, which seems rare these days, but thank goodness for it! Nathan, our technician, was terrific! Besides being very personable, he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and fixed the door so that it works better than it ever did. He was also very patient in explaining what the problem was and what he planned to do, answering all of my numerous questions with a smile! I would highly recommend this company.
